Position Overview

Jagex is seeking an experienced and proactive Business Analyst to support key projects, working closely with the Delivery Lead. This role is ideal for an individual who is autonomous, comfortable owning deliverables, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The primary focus will be on the implementation of a Customer Data Platform (CDP), a critical initiative to enhance marketing and customer journey capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of a Customer Data Platform (CDP).
• Define and document the data structure required for CDP workflows.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to advance project progress.
• Conduct vendor evaluations, build scorecards, and support the team through the RFP process.
• Work with CRM and data teams to capture and translate business requirements.
• Perform typical BA responsibilities, including requirements gathering, documentation, and supporting delivery teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data-driven projects, CRMs, and CDPs.
• Demonstrated experience managing third-party vendors and supporting RFP processes.
• A track record of working autonomously and making strategic contributions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging with both business and technical teams.

Location

• Cambridge, UK (remote-friendly within the UK).
• Occasional travel to the office required (once per quarter).
