Requirements
Ability to assist with creation and delivery of face-to-face sales presentations demonstrating knowledge of Comcast products and services
Knowledge of competitive landscape and emerging technologies
Skills in generating new leads through cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships
Ability to develop sales territory, including cultivation of local business partnerships and organizational affiliations
Strong customer service orientation with excellent follow-up skills to retain customer base and ensure superior customer experience
Ability to prepare sales and activity reports
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in presenting, persuading, and negotiating
Ability to participate in out-of-office meetings with customers on a regular basis
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; ability to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary

Responsibilities
Sell integrated communication solutions to small-to-medium business customers
Develop relationships with individual businesses and the community, positioning the Comcast brand as a key component of the sales strategy
Assist with creation and delivery of face-to-face sales presentations; promote sale of bundled products to ensure optimal customer solutions
Sell with goals of exceeding departmental, financial, and unit targets
Stay abreast of competitive landscape and emerging technologies to position Comcast Business Services effectively
Generate new leads with targeted businesses through prospecting activities
Develop sales territory, including cultivation of local business partnerships and organizational affiliations
Retain customer base by delivering on the Comcast Credo, ensuring superior customer experience, maintaining/building relationships, and collaborating with internal teams for operational efficiencies
Prepare sales and activity reports as required
Participate in out-of-office meetings with customers regularly
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
