Responsibilities

  • Assist with creating and delivering face-to-face sales presentations demonstrating knowledge of Comcast products and services
  • Promote and sell bundled products to provide optimal solutions for small-to-medium business customers
  • Sell to exceed departmental, financial, and unit targets
  • Stay informed on competitive landscape and emerging technologies to position Comcast Business Services effectively
  • Generate new leads through prospecting activities including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships
  • Develop sales territory by cultivating local business partnerships and organizational affiliations
  • Retain customer base by delivering on the Comcast Credo, ensuring superior customer experience, and building relationships to drive retention
  • Work with internal teams to ensure operational efficiencies and service levels meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Prepare sales and activity reports as required
  • Develop relationships with individual businesses and the community, positioning the Comcast brand as a key sales strategy component
  • Own the customer experience by putting customers first and providing seamless digital options
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
