Responsibilities

  • Assist with creating and delivering face-to-face sales presentations demonstrating knowledge of latest Comcast products and services
  • Promote the sale of bundled products to ensure optimal customer solutions
  • Sell to exceed departmental, financial, and unit targets
  • Stay abreast of competitive landscape and emerging technologies to position Comcast Business Services effectively
  • Generate new leads through prospecting activities including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships
  • Focus on goal achievement and be results-driven
  • Assist with developing sales territory, including cultivating local business partnerships and organizational affiliations
  • Retain customer base by delivering on the Comcast Credo and ensuring superior customer experience
  • Maintain and build customer relationships to drive retention; collaborate with internal teams for operational efficiencies and service levels
  • Prepare sales and activity reports as required
  • Participate in out-of-office meetings with customers on a regular basis
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
