Requirements

Candidates should possess 3+ years of experience in Building Automation Services or a related field, and ideally hold a Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering qualification. Strong technical problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn new technologies are essential, along with an understanding of typical building technology such as HVAC controls, Building Management Systems (BMS), lighting controls, and energy metering networks. Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel or MS SQL are preferred.

Responsibilities

As a Deployment & Activation Coordinator, the Engineer will deploy the Willow platform for customers, utilising their understanding of Fault Detection and Diagnostic to map and tag assets. They will work with Delivery Project Managers and Engineers across all stages of the project, including pre-integrations, IoT integrations, and data tagging. The Engineer will serve as a Subject Matter Expert, supporting product, software development, customer support, and customer success teams through knowledge sharing, training, product testing, and troubleshooting. They will review project documentation, perform data tagging and skill activation across multiple sites, conduct quality assurance reviews, and ensure data accuracy. The Engineer will review data within the Willow platform, compare it against other applications, and create building digital twins. Finally, they will partner with other Willow teams to support customer-facing discovery sessions and workshops.
