Requirements

8+ years of experience in BMS or controls integration for data centers or critical facilities
Understanding of both mechanical and electrical system interactions with hands-on commissioning experience
Detail-driven, collaborative, and comfortable troubleshooting controls and network issues in the field

Responsibilities

Coordinate installation and integration of Building Management System (BMS), EPMS, and related controls networks
Review and verify control sequences, IO lists, and network architecture for accuracy and functionality
Oversee field wiring, panel installations, and point-to-point testing with the GC and controls subcontractor
Track controls submittals and ensure alignment with design revisions and commissioning requirements
Support factory acceptance tests (FAT), software version control, and trend-log validation
Partner with the commissioning team through IST to verify system performance and reporting integrity
Coordinate with OpenAI’s operations and software teams to ensure handover readiness
