  • Willing to wear full gowning suit (bodysuit, gloves, hair/beard nets, face covers, safety glasses)
  • Adhere to cleanroom gowning requirements (Tyvek, Nitrile, and/or Latex gloves; no makeup, jewelry, nail polish, cologne/perfume, scented lotions, hair care products, hair products, exposed piercings, facial hair, contact lenses)
  • Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards
  • Able to work in environmental conditions: cold room/freezers (-22°F/-6°C), laboratory setting, loud noises, strong odors (chemical, lubricants, biological), hazardous/toxic materials, some PPE required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs)
  • Rotational days/weekends schedule

Responsibilities

  • Follow Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)
  • Carry out functions related to Buffer and Media manufacturing: buffer and media weighing, buffer formulation, media formulation, in-line conditioning (ILC) skid work, ethanol production
  • Execute manufacturing batch records, work instructions, and/or SOPs with focus on 'right the first time' executions
  • Assist with batch record reconciliation
  • Assist in department functions: maintaining supplies, equipment, logbooks, and data per site SOPs and policies
  • Document all activities to meet cGMP requirements
  • Complete document reviews and revisions
  • Perform daily record review, tasks, and databases
  • Actively provide feedback
  • Participate/lead in shift exchanges, 1-1’s, meetings, and lean activities
  • Support quality investigations by answering questions, providing feedback, and making suggestions for improvement
  • Practice and promote safe work habits, adhere to safety procedures and guidelines
