Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Follow the process of initiating Business Associate Agreements
  • Track the progress of Agreements with client Legal counsel and BSCI Legal counsel and key stakeholders
  • Follow up to ensure agreements are progressing through the review and approval process while ensuring all steps are being followed appropriately and in a timely manner
  • Manage and track status of BAAs
  • Communicate signed agreements once finalized
  • Identify issues and/or gaps across agreements
  • Adhere to compliance regulations
  • Gain efficiency while shaping processes
  • Provide broad troubleshooting support for field teams and customers
  • Support virtual training initiatives
  • Create how-to documents and work instructions to support internal and external processes
  • Assist with tracking and reporting of key metrics
