Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and be registered as a 7/63 analyst with the SEC, demonstrating a strong understanding of investment products, strategies, and NMIS investment operations. They should also have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding client experiences.
As a Registered Investment Client Services Analyst, you will provide advice and counsel to clients and Registered Financial Representatives on investment purchases and sales, execute mutual fund order transactions, determine customer financial needs and risk tolerance, and analyze investment transactions while ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will also handle inbound phone calls from clients and advisors, process operational transactions, serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, and promote client retention by identifying opportunities for the field to build existing relationships.
