Candidates should possess working knowledge of Advisory accounts and NetX360 and Orion, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a high attention to detail ensuring accuracy in processing. A Series 7 license is preferred, along with experience of at least two years in a related role. Strong communication and organizational skills are also required.

Responsibilities

The Broker Dealer Advisory Coordinator will be responsible for processing and reconciling advisory fee and financial plan fees, maintaining billing households and fee schedules, setting up and monitoring financial planning fees, reviewing account paperwork for accuracy, generating reports, providing customer service to advisors, clients, and internal partners, supporting advisory projects and product development, and assisting other teams as needed. They will also contribute to cross-training and perform other duties as assigned.”} id=
