Position Overview

The Quality Operations - Screening Advisor is responsible for efficiently processing tasks related to background and credential screening, account review, and investigating concerns for new and existing service professional accounts at Angi. This role involves backend processing and frontline customer support.

Responsibilities

  • Complete the screening process for all new and existing professional accounts for Angi.
  • Handle customer service calls, update accounts for record keeping, and conduct research (e.g., calling state licensing boards and insurance companies).
  • Ensure compliance with screening standards.
  • Perform accurate account reviews and compliance tasks.
  • Scrub submitted accounts against company compliance and standards.
  • Contribute to the integrity of Service Provider Screening.
  • Maintain the integrity of company data processing.
  • Handle sensitive information with integrity.
  • Mitigate company risk by identifying and flagging potential risks.
  • Provide exemplary customer service to Service Professionals using strong emotional intelligence (EQ) techniques.

Requirements

  • Comfort managing a high volume of accounts daily.
  • Strong customer service skills, utilizing strong EQ.
  • Ability to think critically, adapt quickly, and employ strong problem-solving skills in an unpredictable and fast-paced environment.
  • A growth mindset with a desire for coaching and feedback, and the ability to implement it.
  • Empathetic listening skills and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
  • A strong desire to succeed and grow.
  • A positive, professional, and high-energy attitude with a strong ability to multitask.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with internet usage and applications such as Gmail, CRMs, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.

What We Offer

  • Salary: Annual salary band of $35,000 - $42,000, commensurate with performance and experience.
  • Paid training.
