Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field, along with proven experience in brand reputation management, public relations, or a similar role, preferably in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data are required, alongside excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the capacity to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with reputation management tools and social media monitoring platforms is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Brand Reputation Analyst will monitor and analyze online conversations, media coverage, and social media mentions related to Binance and the cryptocurrency industry, identifying potential reputation risks and developing strategies to address and mitigate them. They will prepare regular reports on brand sentiment, media coverage, and reputation metrics for internal stakeholders, collaborate with the PR and communications team to develop and implement proactive reputation management strategies, conduct competitive analysis to benchmark Binance’s brand reputation against industry peers, and engage with the community and respond to inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, news, and best practices in reputation management and crisis communication is also part of the role.
