Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, with over 5 years of experience in marketing and publishing at a research and development-oriented publishing company
  • Experience working across multiple publishing functions (social, community, PR, etc.), especially in matrixed teams
  • Deep understanding of Chinese social media platform rules (e.g., Bilibili, Xiaohongshu, Weibo, etc.), with complete experience in managing live streaming events and offline activities
  • Experience managing teams and stakeholders through ambiguous, high-stakes moments. Excellent cross-team collaboration skills, with the ability to work across stakeholder groups, functional areas, regions, and different seniority levels to achieve goals
  • Deep familiarity with art game players, and internet culture, ideally has a deep familiarity with Sky
  • Results-oriented approach, using metrics to evaluate the impact/engagement of campaigns and overall performance
  • Experience working in a research and development-oriented publishing company, have successfully independently launched projects rated S or above, and possess strong user operation thinking skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain TGC game’s IPs in China: Develop and formulate TGC game’s IPs (Including Sky, 3rd party games and new projects) during the game's launch and long-tail periods; driving marketing strategies for our products in the Chinese market: positioning, target audience, communication strategies, user acquisition, etc
  • Build a community matrix: Build a highly effective and player-oriented community strategy with dissemination, deeply explore the demands of target users in different circles, assist in the positioning and tone of “Sky’s products, help Sky continuously optimize the construction and interaction with player communities, and continuously optimize the exposure and conversion of social media channels
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders around Chinese marketing and publishing: Responsible for collaboration with the headquarters team, NetEase team, ThatSkyShop and other related teams, integrating resources from all parties, completing product promotion plans, creative packaging schemes and implementation at various stages, responsible for marketing activity implementation, community and user community management, and continuously optimizing the execution effect of the above modules; Establishing local brand/marketing/user operation maintenance plans to enhance brand awareness and acquire more users
  • Manage overall marketing related figures: Managing and optimizing China marketing’s budget, profit and loss (P&L) to ensure efficient use of resources
