Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic and annual marketing plans addressing all aspects of the marketing mix
  • Deliver volume, share, and profit objectives with P&L accountability for profitability
  • Build premium consumer and trade equity through strategies including pricing, packaging, innovation, promotion, PR, advertising/digital marketing, and events, rooted in insights
  • Develop and execute insights-based strategic innovation plans for short- and long-term success
  • Collaborate with DTC, E-Commerce, and Hospitality teams to deliver omni-channel growth
  • Perform business and competitive analyses, providing recommendations to Senior Management
  • Manage brand projects, budget allocation, and presentations to internal/external audiences
  • Manage outside agencies (promotion, media buying, advertising) in support of objectives
  • Work with sales leadership, strategic accounts, field sales, and distributors to develop programs and expand business
  • Liaise with international teams to ensure global brand strategy consistency
  • Manage multi-year brand S&OP forecast with Operations, including at-risk inventory review
  • Lead multi-functional teams, including 360 programs and cross-functional meetings
  • Visit key markets for blitzes, launches, surveys, and report findings/recommendations
  • Communicate regularly with internal groups (Trade Marketing, Events, PR, Finance, Operations, Production) and leadership (Marketing Director/VP)
