Have or will have completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree with strong academic results before starting
Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities
Act as the manager of your business from Day 1 and put ideas into practice
Lead masterplans behind product and commercial innovations
Manage marketing elements across all media
Develop strong marketing concepts and identify tactics based on consumer, shopper, and customer insights (e.g., out-of-the-box ideas to attract new users, pilot campaigns on new social media platforms)
Join one of three teams: Commercial Operations for a brand/category, Brand Operations for marketing touch points across categories, or Sales developing marketing plans for a customer across categories
