Requirements

  • Have or will have completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree with strong academic results before starting
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Show a drive for leadership and strong passion for Brand Management
  • Work effectively with diverse groups by embracing creativity, innovation, and initiative
  • Skilled in making complex decisions using data, gut feeling, and instinct
  • Speak and write proficiently in English with a solid command of German
  • Short work experience, internships, and studies abroad are a plus
  • Less than 2 years of work experience after university graduation (excluding internships); otherwise apply for Young Professional role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the manager of your business from Day 1 and put ideas into practice
  • Lead masterplans behind product and commercial innovations
  • Manage marketing elements across all media
  • Develop strong marketing concepts and identify tactics based on consumer, shopper, and customer insights (e.g., out-of-the-box ideas to attract new users, pilot campaigns on new social media platforms)
  • Join one of three teams: Commercial Operations for a brand/category, Brand Operations for marketing touch points across categories, or Sales developing marketing plans for a customer across categories
