  • Ability to embrace an external focus: Understand the gastroenterology market landscape, competitive development efforts, and needs of patients, caregivers, physicians, and payers in Belgium
  • Active participation with medical in defining and implementing Thought Leader action plans and contacts; being connected with gastroenterologists
  • Gather external market and customer insights to tailor the Gastroenterology community strategy into local Belgian implementation
  • Collaborate with Patient Advocacy Groups (PAGs) in their educational role
  • Capacity to engage internal team as a catalyst: Work closely with regional marketing partners in the Gastroenterology community to deliver insights and act as interface between the community and Belgian affiliate
  • Effectively develop cross-functional relationships with local Marketing & Medical, PRA, Sales, Medical Shared Services, and Ethics & Compliance
  • Respect Lilly and local standards with a proactive approach to guidance and compliance
  • Create and implement comprehensive cross-functional business/customer plans using EU Therapeutic Area community brand plan as basis
  • Integrate customer insights into Key Player Objectives and major tactics, optimizing channel mix
  • Ensure tactical implementation adds value to customers (HCP, caregiver, patient) and monitor execution to adjust strategy as needed

Responsibilities

  • Develop, drive, and execute customer/brand plans to ensure product uptake/growth and unparalleled customer experience in BeLux gastroenterology portfolio
  • Combine customer-facing activities with collaboration at local (PRA, medical, sales) and regional (Gastroenterology community) levels
  • Lead the Brand/Customer team
  • Enable successful access and reimbursement through close collaboration with local PRA
  • Engage Sales Reps using Customer Dialogue Model (get input, enhance materials, transfer with ambassadors) via strong communication
  • Reassure gastroenterology commercialization strategies are embedded into local plans by communicating and influencing stakeholders
  • Frequently monitor customer plan execution and customer-facing activities (e.g., Lilly Listens) to emphasize or change strategy if needed
