Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Own the P&L investment decisions to maximize regional profitability within the portfolio growth plans
  • Own the Integrated Brand Plan
  • Provide consumer insights and ensure plans are designed to win with key customers/channels based on SMO Fit for Use requirements
  • Guide the vision and strategy behind a brand by developing marketing plans and driving innovation
  • Work regularly across functions to identify consumer, shopper, and customer insights
  • Execute marketing tactics to grow the brand
  • Ensure winning with consumers' preferences in learning about the product, choosing to buy the product, and using the product at home
