Candidates should have 2-4 years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally within marketing, brand design, or related creative fields, and a portfolio demonstrating foundational design skills, clear visual communication, creativity across various mediums, and interest in exploring motion graphics or 3D. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and eagerness to grow skills in motion design (After Effects) and 3D software (Cinema 4D, Blender) is required.
The Brand Designer will support Mercury’s marketing and product teams by creating graphic design assets for product launches, internal events, social media, and various production initiatives, collaborate closely with senior designers and cross-functional partners, quickly adapting across diverse projects and refining work through feedback and iteration, assist in producing illustrations and graphics to enhance storytelling and content projects, actively participate in setting the vision for Mercury’s brand by supporting the execution of creative concepts, and grow skills in motion design, exploring new creative techniques to elevate Mercury’s visual storytelling.
