Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain visual consistency across all customer touchpoints, ensuring brand guidelines are applied seamlessly from digital campaigns to in-person events
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to translate complex compensation data and product features into clear, visually compelling stories
  • Lead creative brainstorms and shape campaign briefs that drive our most important marketing bets
  • Design physical brand experiences including event signage, booth graphics, and branded swag that bring Pave's identity to life at conferences and customer events
  • Evolve and scale Pave's design system as the company grows, building templates and frameworks that enable the team to move quickly without sacrificing quality
