Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Design graphics for internal and external programs and campaigns
  • Handle document and presentation layout and design
  • Perform design production (updating, resizing, optimizing assets and templates)
  • Develop new design assets (icons, graphics, and templates)
  • Optimize brand libraries and resources
  • Manage intake of brand and creative requests, assisting with initial reviews (e.g., merchandise)
  • Analyze brand queries and help identify/implement efficiencies in documentation
  • Conduct audits across the organization to ensure consistent use of brand’s visual identity (logos, colors) and voice
  • Perform reviews of creative work in self-service design platforms (e.g., Adobe Express) for brand alignment
  • Help create brand educational materials (AI tools, best practices for brand, layout, photography treatment)
  • Investigate and report on leveraging new technologies, including AI, for brand management and creative development
  • Research and present on how other companies evolve and manage brands in the current market
  • Conduct market and competitive research to inform brand strategy
