Requirements

  • 5–10 years of professional writing, brand content, or editorial experience
  • Proven background in top-tier technology companies (AI, SaaS, smartphone, or hardware/software hybrid)
  • Experience scripting executive keynotes, product launches, or flagship tech events (e.g., CES, MWC, WWDC, Google I/O)
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills across multiple formats
  • Deep understanding of technology products, with the ability to translate complexity into simplicity
  • Experience using AI tools to accelerate ideation and elevate efficiency

Responsibilities

  • Define and refine Plaud’s global brand story, ensuring consistency across all content formats. Develop narratives that inspire, resonate, educate, and differentiate Plaud in competitive markets
  • Partner with executives to translate vision and product innovation into compelling speeches and thought leadership
  • Write and edit content, including media releases, keynote speeches, blogs, whitepapers, product guides, op-eds, and thought-leadership articles. Craft impactful scripts and presentations for product launches, major tech events, and investor communications
  • Maintain a tone of voice that is intelligent, professional, premium, and globally relevant
  • Work closely with product marketing and engineering teams to understand features and translate them into clear, engaging stories. Create technical–yet–accessible content that resonates with both professional and consumer audiences. Benchmark against industry leaders (AI, SaaS, smartphone) to raise Plaud’s storytelling to world-class levels
  • Support C-level executives with speeches, bylines, and conference content that position Plaud as a category leader. Drive a content program that builds credibility with media, analysts, and industry influencers. Create narratives that amplify Plaud’s role in shaping the future of productivity, AI, and human potential
  • Establish editorial guidelines and best practices for global teams
  • Collaborate with PR, digital, and social media teams to amplify content reach
  • Ensure all content is optimized for different channels, formats, and audiences
