Responsibilities

The Brand & Content Operations Manager will coordinate operational processes, develop creative solutions, and ensure that brand partners are optimally supported within the Global Content & Partner Management team. This role involves overseeing the operational care of global content providers, technical onboarding of new partners, project coordination including card production and rollouts, process optimization, daily tasks such as technical setup and testing, asset management, and coordination of approval processes. The position also offers the opportunity to work with significant brand partners, international teams, and various internal departments.
