Candidates must possess a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Education, or Behavior Analysis, and a minimum of three years of experience applying ABA principles in a clinical setting. Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, ethical guidelines, and BACB standards is required, along with experience in designing treatment plans and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will conduct behavior assessments to determine client needs, design and implement individualized treatment plans of care, oversee the implementation of these plans by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), provide case oversight to ensure compliance with BACB standards, motivate and mentor RBTs, attend team meetings, conduct family training, and manage billing and documentation for all clinical activities. They will also contribute to research and professional development opportunities and participate in client outcomes reviews.
