Candidates must hold Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and possess a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field, with a minimum of three years of experience applying ABA principles in a clinical setting. Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, ethical guidelines, and BACB standards is required, along with experience in conducting behavior assessments and designing treatment plans of care.
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will conduct behavior assessments to determine client needs, design and implement individualized treatment plans of care, provide ongoing case oversight and mentorship to Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs), motivate and train RBTs to effectively implement treatment plans, attend team meetings to drive client outcomes, conduct family training sessions, and ensure accurate billing and documentation of all clinical activities. Additionally, the BCBA will participate in monthly client outcomes reviews and contribute to the development of data-based analyses to improve clinical standards.
