Candidates must hold Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and possess a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field, with at least three years of experience applying ABA principles in a clinical setting. They should have a strong understanding of ethical guidelines and BACB standards, along with experience in designing treatment plans and conducting behavior assessments.
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will conduct behavior assessments, design Treatment Plans of Care, design measurement and data collection systems, provide case oversight in compliance with the BACB, motivate and provide mentorship to Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs), attend team meetings, attend client outcomes review meetings, conduct family training, handle billing and documentation for all clinical activities, and attend regularly scheduled monthly meetings with BCBAs and other staff as needed.
