Responsibilities

  • Shape and execute the product vision: co-define and execute vision-driven product roadmap, translating it into actionable initiatives that drive growth and delight players
  • Lead major product initiatives: own and guide critical new work tracks from concept to launch, focusing on high-impact projects that enhance core gameplay, introduce innovative features, and improve overall game feel and polish
  • Drive monetization strategy: responsible for the game's economy and monetization strategy (both IAP and Ads), creating a balanced system that offers great value to players while driving revenue growth
  • Champion a data-informed culture: lead the analysts team to make informed decisions, fostering a culture of learning to understand why features succeed or fail and guide future development
  • Be the market expert: keep a close pulse on the puzzle game market and key competitors to identify new opportunities, trends, and best practices to make Block Jam a leader in the genre
  • Innovate and differentiate: lead the development of unique features and experiences that make Block Jam stand out in a competitive market
  • Drive sustainable growth: identify and execute strategies that deliver measurable improvements in key metrics, including player retention, engagement, and monetization
