The role requires being an analytically driven problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of investment insight and client communication, hands-on and adaptable with a beginner’s mindset, capable of building trust-based relationships across the organization including senior stakeholders, and developing expertise in BXMA’s product suite, strategic asset allocation, portfolio construction, macroeconomics, and public/private markets.
The role involves leading, mentoring, and developing a team of highly capable analysts and associates within the New York-based Investor Relations/Business Development and Analytics teams.
A strong candidate is an analytically driven problem-solver who excels in client service, business development, operational excellence, and team leadership, with the ability to handle client inquiries, develop analytics and marketing materials, manage RFPs, and deliver reporting while building relationships with senior stakeholders.
