Responsibilities

Lead product development and new product launches, including planning, process, and implementation of business development and structuring initiatives for new funds
Partner with investment teams to design and structure liquid credit products, including mutual funds, ETFs, CITs, and other retirement solutions
Develop and execute go-to-market and sales strategy through collaboration with Blackstone Institutional Client Solutions and Blackstone Private Wealth Solutions
Evaluate and analyze revenue targets and costs for existing products
Drive messaging, product positioning, and content creation for internal and external communications, working collaboratively with business leaders and various teams within Blackstone
Lead, originate, and execute strategic projects including business development initiatives, process improvements, team optimization and development, and events
Define and document the competitive landscape, including investment mandates, terms, performance, reporting, and investor base
