Responsibilities

Act as the main contact for broker-dealers, market makers, stock exchanges, and internal teams for all aspects of primary trading of iShares ETFs
Proactively monitor market activity, manage crisis response, and engage with external partners (Authorised Participants, trading platforms, regulators) to ensure transparency, stability, and client trust
Lead and contribute to initiatives that redefine the primary market operating model, including regulatory engagement, onboarding enhancements, and platform innovation
Collaborate with technology teams to automate processes, optimise efficiency, and build scalable infrastructure; drive adoption of AI and data-driven decision-making across ETF workflows
Build and maintain strong relationships with external liquidity providers and internal partners (portfolio managers, traders, technologists); influence and listen across functions and seniorities
Support complex product launches, workflow enhancements, and continuous refinement of market structure and trading platforms
Identify and promote awareness of operational and market risks, ensuring product integrity through automation and robust controls
