Requirements

Candidates should possess a strong background in bioinformatics, ideally with an MSc or PhD in Genomics, Bioinformatics, Molecular Biology, Computational Biology, or a related field. Hands-on experience with NGS data formats (FASTQ, BAM, VCF), variant calling, annotation, and reporting is essential, along with an understanding of bioinformatics workflows, tools, and familiarity with cloud infrastructure and data security (e.g., AWS, Azure). Fluency in English and either Spanish or Italian is required, with fluency in both being a strong advantage. Excellent communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills are necessary, as is a commercial mindset and a genuine interest in supporting customer success.
