Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
- Strong interest in digital marketing and paid social advertising
- Previous internship or coursework related to digital marketing or advertising is a plus
- Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and paid advertising concepts
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working with data and learning new tools
Responsibilities
- Support the Regional Paid Ads Team in managing and optimizing paid social campaigns across TikTok, Meta, Twitter, and Reddit
- Assist with campaign setup, monitoring, and daily performance tracking
- Help gather and organize campaign data for reporting and analysis
- Learn and apply best practices for paid social advertising under mentorship
- Support documentation of workflows, processes, and campaign learnings
- Collaborate with creative and campaign teams to ensure timely asset delivery
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to build paid ads knowledge
- Assist with ad copy and creative testing initiatives
- Provide general administrative support to the paid ads team as needed
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and team efficiency
