Requirements

Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. They must have at least 3 years of experience in BIM/CAD design, demonstrating proficiency in AutoCAD (2019), Revit-BIM360, and Bluebeam, along with expertise in blueprint reading and construction technology.

Responsibilities

The CAD/BIM Specialist will create and maintain BIM/CAD drawings for structured cabling, AV, security, and wireless projects, collaborate with engineers and project managers, manage and update As-Built drawings, adhere to drafting standards, maintain plotters and software, and stay current with industry advancements while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
