Your Role: Precision Meets Creativity

Are you passionate about turning ideas into reality with expert craftsmanship and cutting-edge technology? As a CNC Programmer, you’ll be at the heart of our production process—translating designs into precision-cut components that bring our environments to life. You’ll collaborate with designers, project managers, and shop teams to ensure every detail is executed flawlessly. From programming complex cuts in Microvellum to optimizing material yields, your work will directly shape the spaces where people live, work, and connect.

What You’ll Do

  • Interpret job orders, drawings, and customer specs to create accurate CNC programs.
  • Collaborate with design and project teams to meet client expectations.
  • Program CNC routers and select appropriate tooling for optimal performance.
  • Support plant operations with fabrication best practices.
  • Prepare detailed production documentation including material and parts lists.
  • Set up and operate CNC machines using Microvellum and Biesse Rover codes.
  • Ensure quality control and troubleshoot production issues.
  • Train and guide team members on CNC operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement and uphold safety standards.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3–5 years of experience in millwork/casework drafting and engineering.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; Microvellum experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CNC machine codes and woodworking standards (AWI).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Perks

  • Pay Range: $25.00–$38.00/hour (based on experience and location)
