Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience answering inbound calls and in customer support
  • 1+ years experience in billing and accounts receivable
  • Ability to solve complex mathematical problems related to pricing, discounts, and penalties
  • Fluent English (CEFR C1+) verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident, self-motivated, and diligent with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and execute many assignments quickly and efficiently
  • Amazing telephone presence and love of talking on the phone
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel) and contract management software (Salesforce)
  • Knowledge of what SaaS stands for
  • High School Diploma (additional education preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist clients with invoicing, accounts receivable, collections, and pricing questions via email, inbound and outbound calls
  • Provide a positive image for Tebra by cheerfully assisting customers with invoicing and payment problems
  • Manage and maintain accurate data across multiple Accounting and Support Programs; investigate and reconcile differences
  • Adhere to invoicing timelines to complete tasks and meet financial deadlines
  • Perform daily invoicing functions and support accounts receivable by generating accurate, complete, and timely invoices using billing software
  • Research and fix billing errors; recalculate invoice items based on contract terms; collaborate with staff for documents and corrections
  • Understand the impact of errors on accounting records, revenue recognition, and customer contracts
  • Troubleshoot customer issues with payment methods and terms while securing sensitive payment data
  • Enforce company policy on billing terms and credits, balancing customer satisfaction and financial objectives
  • Act as a key team member, working closely with company personnel
  • Serve as professional and friendly contact for clients (e.g., doctors, practice staff, billers) via timely phone and email responses
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert on Tebra, medical billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable
