Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, and ideally have 3-5 years of experience in billing operations or a similar analytical role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in CRM and billing systems, particularly Salesforce and Zuora. Experience with revenue recognition principles and accounting practices is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

As a Billing Operations Analyst, you will approve and adjust opportunities according to established guidelines, providing guidance to Sales Operations, Revenue Accounting, and Accounts Receivable teams. You will serve as a trusted advisor to area sales leaders, drive hygiene and governance of Zuora Billing UI, ensure transactions comply with revenue recognition policies, process system workflow interfaces to sync quote information, address day-to-day issues, and oversee regional billing queues and portfolios. Additionally, you will escalate issues to EntApps, Data, and Fulfillment teams, maintain billing team Zendesk and Salesforce case queues, and ensure the quality of data inputs and outputs for various billing tasks, including reconciliations and expense-based billing.
