Responsibilities
- Posting invoices from US and Canada transactions into Customer’s Portals
- Customer’s AR analysis
- Provide support to internal inquiries
- Comply with company policies, approval matrix, processes and values
- Responsible to contribute towards achieving the Billing metrics, as defined in the Service Level Agreement
