Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Billing roles
  • Strong English verbal and written communications skills
  • Previous experience working with international companies
  • Proficiency with accounting software packages
  • Basic Excel skills (Vlookup & Pivot Tables)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related fields
  • Client-facing experience - an advantage
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize
  • Analytical, meticulous, self-motivated, quick learner able to work independently and in a team
  • Strong desire to learn and grow

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the Global billing process, making sure it is done following the Monthly Closing schedule
  • Collaborate with internal Client Service and Sales teams to assist with billing-related issues communicated by email or client facing ticketing system (Zendesk)
  • Communicate directly with clients to resolve any billing inquiries
  • Verify new client and new campaign details by working with Client Service and Sales teams
  • Assist with the month-end closing process by providing: Accruals, Prepaids, or Deferred Revenue Details to the accounting team
  • Support ongoing audit requests (quarterly and annual sampling)
  • Complete client's forms and related paperwork
  • Stay up to date with product developments, getting ahead of billing issues
