Responsibilities

The Billing Analyst will serve as the main point of contact for all billing-related inquiries, responsible for billing and processing charges, researching outstanding billing items, and generating invoices. They will review and validate refunds, analyze billing data for trends, prepare reports, and work with various internal departments to ensure smooth billing processes. The role involves resolving customer billing inquiries, handling enterprise billing issues, conducting new hire trainings, creating/updating SOPs, and implementing process enhancements.
