Responsibilities

The Bilingual Clinical Services Coordinator will be responsible for all patient communication, including outreach, scheduling, appointment coordination, pre-authorizations, and billing follow-up. They will also schedule virtual visits and outpatient procedures, provide technical support to patients, compile and verify data for reporting, identify opportunities for improvement, and document customer and account data. Furthermore, the coordinator will proactively engage with patients via email, phone, and/or text to drive patient engagement and execute policies promoting the best patient experience.
