Bilingual Medicare Sales Field Agent (English / Spanish) - East / SE Harris County at Humana

This is a field-based role covering the East/Southeast Harris County area including Baytown, Pasadena, Friendswood, and Pearland, involving face-to-face visits in prospective members’ homes, grassroots marketing, community events, and a mix of in-person, virtual, and phone interactions. Candidates must live in the designated territory.

Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish with the ability to speak, read, and write fluently in both languages, and hold an active Health Insurance License or have the ability to obtain one.

You’ll work as part of a collaborative team of 8–12 Medicare Sales Field Agents under the guidance of a Senior Manager and Regional Director.
