Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French (or other required languages)
  • Experience providing front-line technical support to end users
  • Knowledge of MS Intune Suite for device enrollment, configuration, compliance, mobile device management, and application deployment
  • Familiarity with MS Entra for identity and access management, user provisioning, password resets, and access troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in supporting Office 365 suite applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.), including troubleshooting email, collaboration, and productivity issues
  • Experience using JIRA Service Manager for managing and resolving service desk tickets, escalating issues, and ensuring timely resolution
  • Ability to coordinate and execute laptop deployments for new hires and hardware refresh cycles, including configuration, security, and documentation
  • Strong customer service skills for delivering support via phone, email, and in-person, including educating users on IT policies, security best practices, and self-service resources

Responsibilities

  • Manage device enrollment, configuration, and compliance using MS Intune Suite; troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mobile device management and application deployment
  • Assist with identity and access management tasks using MS Entra, including user provisioning, password resets, and access troubleshooting
  • Provide end-user support for Office 365 suite applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.); troubleshoot email, collaboration, and productivity issues
  • Manage and resolve service desk tickets using JIRA Service Manager; escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution of incidents and requests
  • Coordinate and execute laptop deployments for new hires and hardware refresh cycles; ensure devices are properly configured, secured, and documented
  • Provide technical assistance to users via phone, email, and in-person; educate users on IT policies, security best practices, and self-service resources
  • Deliver support and communications in both English and French (or other required languages); ensure accessibility and inclusivity for all users
  • Support and administer core enterprise platforms while ensuring efficient resolution of IT issues and requests
