The Bilingual Client Retention Specialist will educate clients about the Beyond Finance financial hardship debt program, empathize with their financial difficulties, and deescalate upset clients through inbound phone calls. They will analyze clients' financial situations, navigate the CRM system to access information, and collaborate with clients to develop customized solutions to help them achieve their debt-free goals while meeting or exceeding retention targets and earning commissions.
