Requirements

Candidates must possess at least one year of experience in a professional environment requiring problem-solving and clear communication, with prior experience in call centers, sales, hospitality, retail, or restaurants being particularly beneficial. Fluency in both Spanish and English, both verbally and in writing, is essential, along with proactive problem-solving skills, curiosity, strong judgment, skilled rapport-building abilities, the capacity to remain calm and composed during challenging conversations, and strong verbal and written communication skills capable of simplifying complex topics. Comfort with technology, including learning new software and navigating multiple tools, and fast and accurate typing skills are also required.

Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Account Coordinator, the individual will serve as the voice of Mission Lane, engaging with customers over the phone to address a variety of issues, communicate with empathy and curiosity to identify effective assistance methods, ensure compliance with policies and regulations while delivering high-quality customer service, complete after-call work with accuracy and efficiency, and embody the company's purpose by enabling financial progress.
