Requirements

  • Ability to partner with and support the Paid Media Team and Media Strategy & Planning team
  • Proficiency in handling Billing/actualizations/Media Authorization Forms (MAF) and updating them throughout the year
  • Experience filling out actualization portions of planning documents for all channels
  • Skills in updating invoice trackers monthly (including attaching invoices in Smartsheet’s) and managing PO Numbers
  • Competence in data validation for internal tools like Media Optimization, Reporting, MEF, etc
  • Familiarity with dashboard and media hygiene checks
  • Knowledge of pacing tasks in media campaigns
  • Proficiency with screenshot decks, mock links in Smartsheet for IMC & MS&P visibility
  • Expertise in managing creative specifications on messaging grids for planning and execution
  • Ability to transfer Messaging Grids to Traffic Sheets for all channels on a brand
  • Experience owning campaign execution documents, ensuring completeness, accuracy, sharing with external parties, and organization
  • Skills in supporting updates to JBPs with forecasts, pacing, and added value trackers
  • Ability to update Weekly newsletter with industry trends
  • Experience assisting in campaign builds/creative swaps and owning taxonomy sheets
  • Proficiency in ensuring App reporting is up to date
  • Knowledge of confirming brand lift study inputs are received and launched
  • Strong communication skills for action items with Demand Generation team based on reporting insights
  • Ability to send Weekly Biddable Highlights to brand and Demand Gen teams
  • Experience monitoring and flagging Double Verify incidents for brand safety and suitability
  • Handling specific channel requests like Adthena Reporting for Search and Doubleverify Site lists for Prog

Responsibilities

  • Billing/actualizations/Media Authorization Forms (MAF) and updating MAFs throughout the year
  • Filling out actualization portion of planning documents for all channels
  • Updating invoice tracker monthly (inclusive of attaching invoices in Smartsheet’s) & PO Numbers
  • Data validation for internal measurement tools such as Media Optimization, Reporting, MEF, etc
  • Working with Associate Managers on Dashboard and media hygiene checks
  • Supporting Associate Managers with Pacing tasks
  • Screenshot decks (on applicable brands) or input mock links into SS for IMC & MS&P visibility
  • Owning creative specifications on messaging grid for planning and execution
  • Transferring Messaging Grids to Traffic Sheets for all channels on a brand
  • Ownership of campaign execution documents while ensuring specific inputs are complete and accurate; sharing with external parties and ensuring saved/organized
  • Supporting Sr. Managers in ensuring JBPs are updated with forecasts and pacing throughout the month and quarter; updating added value trackers
  • Owning updates to the Weekly newsletter with industry trends
  • Assisting in campaign builds/creative swaps, inclusive of owning taxonomy sheets
  • Ensuring App reporting is up to date and inclusive of most recent data
  • Confirming brand lift study inputs are received and properly launched
  • Handling action items and communication with Demand Generation team based on reporting insights for continuous media optimization
  • Sending Weekly Biddable Highlights to brand and other Demand Gen teams
  • Monitoring and flagging Double Verify incidents to ensure brand safety and suitability
