Responsibilities

  • Welcome & Inspire: Greet visitors — from pilots and partners to students and families — and make their first moments at Beta feel personal, exciting, and authentic
  • Lead Tours: Guide guests through our hangars, labs, and test areas, telling the story of our technology, our people, and the future we’re building together
  • Be the Voice of Beta: Represent our culture and values with energy and clarity, translating technical innovation into stories that spark imagination and connection
  • Support Our Team: Act as a concierge for employees — whether it’s helping a new hire find a great local coffee spot, coordinating an internal tour, or connecting someone with the right teammate for a tricky question
  • Create Experiences: Partner with internal teams to organize visits, events, and special moments that strengthen our community and showcase what makes Beta special
