A Bachelor’s Degree in human services, psychology, social work, or related field is preferred, along with relevant Cognitive-Behavioral Treatment (CBT) experience (12 months preferred), which may include clinical care, human services, or educational equivalent.
New hires must complete Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Academy within ninety (90) days of hire/transfer, as directed by the operations manager under the consultation of the clinical supervisor or director.
Strong candidates will have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, at least 12 months of relevant CBT experience, and the ability to work under supervision while providing therapeutic services for anxiety, OCD, mood, eating, and trauma-related disorders.
