Requirements

  • An MBO education level 3 or higher, focused on the role (e.g., care-related)

  • Willingness to work irregular shifts (day/evening/night/weekend)
  • Preferably experience with ADL care and clients with physical disabilities and/or acquired brain injury (NAH)

Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored care and support, ranging from ADL care to guidance in daily life
  • Support clients with physical disabilities and/or NAH in daily activities, both individually and in groups
  • Offer support for planned and unplanned ADL care
  • Work methodically to maintain clients' independence, in collaboration with clients and colleagues
  • Work in subteams for LG and NAH, collaborating with caregiving IG staff and nurses
  • Adapt guidance to unique client needs, with understanding and patience, especially for those with limited illness insight
  • Contribute to developing methodical working practices in a renewing team
  • Participate in preparing for new construction as part of building the location's future
