Responsibilities

Stelt samen met collega’s ondersteuningsplannen op
Biedt passende dagbesteding en draagt zorg voor het lichamelijk welzijn van cliënten
Werkt intensief samen met familie, persoonlijk begeleiders en collega’s
Draait mee in onregelmatige diensten, inclusief slaapdiensten
