Willingness to complete 30/60/90-day onboarding training and ongoing training programs
Professional appearance in compliance with company guidelines
Curious, excited about latest beauty trends and techniques, and motivated to beat sales goals

Responsibilities

Seek out customers in the beauty zone to provide personalized sales service, upselling, suggestive selling, and follow-up to build relationships
Engage customers in conversation, listen to needs, and provide specialized sales advice to generate sales
Explain product benefits, proper usage, and leverage sampling programs to address customer needs
Represent company sales programs, events, CVS Beauty Club, and promotions to close sales
Create and maintain product displays, end caps, and promotional materials for key brands and initiatives
Keep the beauty zone well-stocked, well-merchandised, clean, and compliant with hygiene standards
Execute tester sanitation, hazardous waste disposal, and tool cleansing policies
Complete onboarding and ongoing training to maintain sales, product knowledge, and selling skills
Meet sales budgets, track progress, and participate in sales training meetings and conference calls
Maintain professional appearance and continuously develop product knowledge and client service skills
