The Opportunity

We are seeking a Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) Procedures Specialist to work in the field in Quebec. As a global leader in CRM technologies, Abbott focuses on innovative solutions to improve how physicians treat patients with arrhythmias.

The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for providing clinical support, maintenance, and servicing for Abbott's CRM products to clients. Additionally, the candidate will offer clinical expertise and collaborate with the sales team (Territory Manager and Regional Manager) to develop business and growth strategies, acting as a liaison between clients and Abbott through their technical knowledge.


What You Will Do

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing the following tasks, in accordance with company policies, procedures, programs, and budgets, and will be granted all necessary authority to do so:

  • Apply theoretical principles and creative and analytical techniques generally acquired through in-depth, detailed internal training and experience gained in CRM laboratories. Maintain specialized knowledge and stay informed of technical and clinical advancements. Systematically identify and utilize the most effective and economical practices for executing processes, and continuously evaluate their functionality and suitability.
  • Support CRM procedures.
  • Participate in troubleshooting established Abbott accounts. Improve software and computer hardware as needed. Work with the sales team to develop long-term relationships and foster business growth.
